Live, Not Recorded

Why this isn't another AI course

There's a lot of noise out there right now — theory, hype, buzzwords. What's missing is someone showing you exactly how to use Claude, practically, to build a business or run one better. That's what this is. Nine live sessions — sessions 1–8 are one hour followed by 30 minutes of office hours where we build together in real time — not a video library, not a PDF. If you want to use AI to build a business or grow a career, this is where you learn by doing the work — yours.

Guide vs. Cohort

Already read the guide?

The $57 guide teaches you the framework — the four components, the six skills, the 90-day path. The cohort is where you build with it, live: nine sessions working on your own business, 30 minutes of office hours after each one, a group building alongside you, direct feedback on your actual work, and the Agent Operator certification when you finish. The guide is the map. The cohort is the guided trip — and guide readers arrive with a head start.

Built For Working Professionals

Who this is for

AI agents are already handling scheduling, follow-up, content, and reporting across marketing, operations, finance, and healthcare. Someone has to set the goals, audit the outputs, and own the results. This cohort teaches you to be that person.

📊
Marketing

AI agents are already generating content, running campaigns, and qualifying leads. The marketers who learn to direct that work set the strategy instead of just executing it.

⚖️
Legal & Compliance

AI can draft the first pass. You still have to own what it produces. This is for the professionals who build the oversight systems their firm depends on.

💼
Finance & Accounting

Agents are already handling AP/AR, categorization, and reporting. The finance professionals who learn to audit and direct that work become the ones the team relies on.

⚙️
Operations & Admin

Operations already runs on structured, process-driven thinking — the same thinking that directs AI agents well. This is where that skill becomes a strategist's role.

🏥
Healthcare Administration

Scheduling, patient communication, documentation — agents are already handling pieces of this. Someone has to be the person overseeing how it's done.

🛍️
Retail & E-Commerce

AI agents are already writing product listings, processing invoices and purchase orders, and handling customer communications and support. The retail teams who learn to direct that work move faster than competitors still doing it by hand.

Welcome & Community

Meet the group, share what you want out of the course, get to know each other and me. Walk through expectations and what to bring. No office hours this session.

1

The Foundation

Set up Claude as your AI brain: system prompts, project structure, your prompt library. Learn the core discipline: work a process through with Claude conversationally before you ever automate it.

2

Prompt Engineering

The structure that makes AI instructions reliable. Automate your first real task.

3

App Integrations

Connect Claude to the tools you already use; map your personal tool stack.

4

The Four Components

Brain, Nervous System, Memory, Voice. Set up MCP connectors so Claude can reach your tools.

5

Building Your First Automation

Build a real automation end to end, using the connectors from session 4.

6

Claude Everywhere

Chrome extension, Microsoft 365 add-ins, artifacts as live dashboards, and Cowork for bigger projects.

7

Claude Code

GitHub → Vercel → domain, editing a real site live, auditing the output.

8

Skills & The Full Picture

What skills are, building vs. downloading one, course wrap-up and certification.

Sessions 1–8 run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12–1pm ET — one hour of live teaching, followed by 30 minutes of office hours (1–1:30pm) to apply it to your own work.

The Architecture

The four-component framework

Every AI agent system — no matter the tools — runs on four components.

01 · Brain

Brain

The reasoning engine — like Claude — that interprets instructions and makes decisions. This is what you're directing.

02 · Nervous System

Nervous System

The connections and workflows that let the brain act across your other tools — the wiring between thought and action.

03 · Memory

Memory

What the system remembers between runs. Good memory compounds intelligence over time; no memory resets it every time.

04 · Voice

Voice

How the system talks back — to you, your team, your customers. The interface where trust is won or lost.

Who's Teaching

Taught by someone who runs these systems daily

Every session is taught live by Christina Dills — founder of Smart Edge Technologies, 13 years at Microsoft, 20+ years at the intersection of business operations and emerging technology, with credentials from Harvard, Columbia, and IBM. She runs three AI-powered companies on the exact systems taught in this cohort. The curriculum comes directly from those deployments: what worked, what failed, and what non-technical professionals need to stay in control.

In Practice

What Cohort 1 built

Diana
Business Owner
Built a capability one-pager for her business and used Claude's Chrome extension to get real UI/UX feedback on her own materials.
Erica
Business Owner
Shifted from using disconnected AI tools to wiring Claude into her business as an operating system, and launched a recurring LinkedIn content series (Waste-Not Wednesdays) using an AI-assisted repeatable process.
Marcela
Business Owner
Built a master context document to govern her AI sessions and now has a shared framework and vocabulary for how she builds with AI in her company.
In Their Words

Testimonials

"I built a capability one-pager for my business and got real UI/UX feedback using Claude's Chrome extension — genuinely useful, immediate results. But the bigger shift was in how I think about Claude: I went from treating it like a single thinking partner to running it like three skilled employees, each with their own output to leverage."

DianaBusiness Owner

"I've been deep in the AI space for about a year, using it to transform how I work and helping others see its real operational value. But this program cracked something open for me — it showed me how to take everything I'd been doing and actually wire it into the functioning of my business, not just as a tool I use, but as the engine that runs it. That's a completely different level."

EricaBusiness Owner

"Before this program I was building with Claude in ways that worked, but self-taught, without a shared vocabulary for what I was doing. This cohort gave me a framework to name it — and confirmed that the most important design decision in AI adoption isn't which model you choose, it's how you structure the relationship between human judgment and the system."
